The Club

The Landrover Owners Club of Western Australia aims to enhance appreciation of the qualities and abilities of 4wd vehicles: principally of Landrover manufacture, but without bias, as all makes are welcome in the club.

The membership ranges across all sections of the community with a common aim to foster friendship between individuals sharing an interest in activities in which these vehicles may be used.

Members are encouraged to enjoy and respect the outdoor environment and to more fully appreciate Western Australia's natural scenery. Activities involve bush touring, camping and a variety of social events which are organized from time to time. Trips vary from one day to over a week in duration and are of differing degrees of difficulty. They are organized on a regular basis and all members of the family are welcome to participate.

The LROCWA has just Celebrated its 42th year as a club. Something that we are very proud of, we also have some of our founding members still active within the club! This is what keeps us alive and active but we are always wanting new members to keep the club going!

We are also keen Members of the 4wd Association and practice Tread lightly. The club is involved in ongoing community work D.E.C. and with several shires and property owners. Including the upkeep and restoration of Youndegin police station also The Area north of Jurien bay called Sandy Cape and down South at Fish Creek where we assist the Ranger with track repair and general cleanups of the beaches

All this work is voluntary and includes weekends with camping out.

The Land Rover Owners’ Club meets on the second Monday of each month (except January) at Hackett Hall, Draper Street, Floreat Park at 8.00pm. Owners of Land Rover and other 4WD vehicles that are registered and in a roadworthy condition are invited to join us in the Club’s social and 4WD activities.
